PSC Prevention of socially dangerous diseases among young people is one of our priorities. We use two practices: one of them is directed to work with so-called “socially vulnerable” young people, children from risk groups, the other – to raising young leaders, promotion of an image of a young, successful, fascinated, self-developed person as an example for imitation. For a more effective work in this direction a Prevention and Support Centre was created with the help of the Department of Education of the Metallurgical District Administration of Chelyabinsk and the Department For International Development of the UK (DFID)
